Kids Club Summer Camp was so much fun! With a group of 25 students attending each week, we kept everyone safe, engaged, active, and smiling the entire time. This year’s day camp ran for 7 straight weeks; each week with a different theme. Program Leaders, Monique and Jose, led different activities and projects focused on the weekly themes. Some camper favorites included Jose’s UFOs and Monique’s Moon Faces. Camp kicked off with a mini-carnival filled with games and prizes and ended with a bittersweet luau. Campers also had the chance to participate in Ocean Therapy, hosted by the Jimmy Miller Foundation. This special morning at the beach was another memorable moment, with 16 students learning the basics of surfing. Shout out to our fabulous program leaders, volunteers (especially Aleeza and Steve) and dedicated security guard, Joel, for keeping things moving along smoothly.
