Richstone Family Center is hosting a FREE Community Wellness and Resource Fair on Saturday, May 4 to promote Mental Health Month and LA County’s Take Action LA for Mental Health campaign.
The FREE event will feature workshops for all ages (children and adults) focused on promoting physical and mental health alongside information booths, art activities, zumba, food, and live entertainment. The hope is that attendees will gain a greater awareness of the tools needed to be healthy both physically and emotionally, and knowledge of how to navigate available community resources.
