Programs at the Richstone Center
- REACH (Richstone Educating, Assisting, Counseling, and Healing) is a comprehensive child abuse treatment and prevention program for the entire family in English and Spanish that includes individual, group, family and couples counseling, parenting and anger management classes, case management and 24 hour crisis response for current clients.
- Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a research-based program developed at the University of California, Davis Children’s Hospital. PCIT has been identified as a “best practice program” for treating child abuse. Richstone offers this treatment option for parents with children ages 2-7.
- RAP “KIDS CLUB” provides tutoring, social skills development, learning and enrichment activities five days a week after school and half day on Saturdays for children in the 3rd thorough 8th grades.
- Clinical Training Program provides masters level and graduate students in social work and family therapy programs the opportunity to develop professional skills working with families impacted by abuse.
